Does a gift card expire?
A Rosemont Hall gift card expires 36 months (3 years) from the date of issue.
How long will a gift card ordered online take to arrive?
All Rosemont Hall gift cards will be sent via express post and may take 1-2 business days to arrive. You will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation. Deliveries can only take place within Australia, and only to a street address. No deliveries will be made to PO boxes.
For what amounts can I purchase a Rosemont Hall gift voucher?
The minimum purchase for Rosemont Hall gifts cards is $20. The maximum total value of gift cards per transaction is $500 There is a maximum of four cards per order.
Can I add more money onto a gift card?
No. Rosemont Hall gift cards can only be loaded with a value once, at the time of purchase.
Can I get my money refunded?
Rosemont hall gift cards are not refundable. You should treat your gift carsds as cash. No change will be given. However, the remaining balance may be applied to future purchases until the Rosemont Hall gift card expires or the balance reaches $0.

- AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all Rosemont Hall Cards (“Gift Card”) and may be updated at Rosemont Hall’s discretion from time to time.
1.2. Gift Cards become subject to the Terms and Conditions upon purchase.
1.3. Gift Cards are only able to be redeemed at the Rosemont Hall venue.
1.4. It is the purchaser’s responsibility as the purchaser to ensure that the recipient ofthe Gift Card is aware of the Terms and Conditions that apply to the Gift Card.
1.5. You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions by purchasing, using, or attempting to use a Gift Card or by making a transaction enquiry or exercising anyright to redeem value loaded on a Rosemont Hall Gift Card.
1.6. By purchasing, using or attempting to use a Gift Card, or by making a transaction enquiry or exercising any right to redeem value loaded on a Gift Card, you warrantthat you will comply with these terms and conditions and all applicable laws and that the Gift Card will not be used in any manner that is unlawful, misleading, deceptive,unfair or otherwise harmful to consumers.
1.7. Your use of the Gift Card at a Rosemont Hall venue is subject at all times to the policies (and, where applicable, other terms and conditions) of Rosemont Hall regarding the goods and services made available by it.
- PURCHASING A ROSEMONT HALL GIFT CARD
2.1. Gift Cards can be purchased in person at Rosemont Hall, 106 Prospect road, Prospect 5082 normal business hours.
2.2. A minimum value of $20 and a maximum of $500 can be loaded on each Gift Card. For purchases exceeding AUS $500 in value, emailinfo@rosemonthall.com.au
2.3. Rosemont Hall reserves the right to not accept Orders, including those that request commercial quantities of Gift Cards. If Rosemont Hall is unable to supply your total Order it will endeavour to contact you to discuss whether you wish to proceed with the part of the order.
2.4. Payment for online orders can only be made by American Express, Visa or MasterCard. You may provide your nominated debit or credit card details during the purchase process described on the Rosemont Hall website.
2.5. Once you click on “Complete Purchase”, Rosemont Hall will process payment for your Order via a payment gateway, including any delivery charges, credit card surcharge and service fees as detailed on the final screen where you indicate.
